With a history of technical excellence dating back almost 30 years, Morgan and Wolfe was officially incorporated in 2012 in the United Kingdom. Since 2018 we have traded as The RegTech Company, specialising in regulatory compliance technology for employees to remain compliant.
As a Microsoft partner M&W began by successfully leveraging its unique SALEM® consulting methodology and framework developed and tested in the mid 2000s to a global audience. M&W worked with both Microsoft teams, Gold Partners and accredited consultants to provide clients of all sectors with an instant business strategy for communication and collaboration technology. Today the framework remains as valid and powerful as it was when invented back in the early 2000s.
From its early successes, Morgan and Wolfe progressed to CBC® - one of the very first, successful, packaged digital workplace products for both Microsoft technology on -premise and in the cloud for both Office 365 and Azure implementations. M&W successfully demonstrated to businesses in any sector that they could achieve a full and rich, custom workplace solution, fully configured and custom branded within days. The culmination of this route was to be recognised on the Microsoft Fast Track Partner pilot programme as the first packaged digital workplace solution provider.
Taking their extensive business and technology expertise and applying it to regulatory business requirements for employees, Morgan and Wolfe now leads the way with Orchestra - its people-focused, read and comply and business policy and governance solutions developed to integrate fully with the Microsoft cloud at high speed. This has culminated in M&W becoming a founding member of the International RegTech Association based in Switzerland.
Along the way, the company has gained recognition through business-centric thought-leadership and a range of industry awards. Morgan and Wolfe has been a regular contributor to The Record magazine published for Microsoft in the USA and Europe. M&W has had its whitepapers and articles published in a wide range of leading industry magazines; provided keynote speeches for Microsoft, featured in British Airways Business Life editorials and its framework has been referenced in Microsoft's official publications
Industry awards over the last few years have included CIO magazine, Silicon Review, Gartner and Microsoft itself through its Gold Partner programme. M&W has also been an official G-Cloud Government supplier for its CBC® product.
Annually the Morgan and Wolfe technology asset portfolio increases and expands to meet new business needs. The company leverages the expertise of leading legal experts in regulatory and employment law to ensure that its trail-blazing range of people RegTech products meets specific industry needs whilst supporting regulatory bodies and authorities.
Throughout its first decade, Morgan and Wolfe has successfully met the requirements of Microsoft, its extensive client base; from local authorities and healthcare organisations to global industrial leaders, FTSE 250 companies and PLCs. With its speciality focus on RegTech people technology, M&W continues its strong business-technology expansion built upon its historical success and unique software portfolio.
Today, Morgan and Wolfe services its portfolio of clients in London, the United Kingdom and internationally from its technical offices in Sussex, Surrey and Scotland.
